Mondim is a non-superwash, fingering-weight yarn made from fine Portuguese wool. It is named after a Portuguese village once famous for its sock-knitting cottage industry. Mondim is 'dyed in the wool' which produces rich, heathered colours which are perfect for colourwork. The yarn is a fingering-weight non superwash which knits up into a cushy fabric with fabulous stitch definition.
